Delivering within the United Kingdom
At Sanctum Noctis, we currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We work with trusted couriers to ensure your treasures reach you safely and swiftly.
I PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Processing time: Orders are processed within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation. During peak periods — including seasonal celebrations, lunar events, and promotional sales — processing may take longer.
Order tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

III DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
Failed deliveries: If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, you may be responsible for additional redelivery charges. Contact us at alchemy@sanctumnoctis.co.uk if you experience delivery issues.
Signature requirements: Some couriers may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
IV MISSING & NON-DELIVERED ORDERS

❖ If your order hasn’t arrived If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of dispatch, please contact us immediately at alchemy@sanctumnoctis.co.uk with your order number. You have 21 days from the date of payment to notify us of missing items — orders reported after this timeframe cannot be refunded or replaced. We will investigate with the relevant courier and offer either a replacement or full refund. |
V INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Sanctum Noctis does not currently offer international shipping. We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. As we ship within the UK, customs duties and import taxes do not apply.
We hope to extend our reach beyond these shores in the future. If you are outside the UK and wish to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please contact us at alchemy@sanctumnoctis.co.uk.
