You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. Our products include items of a mystical, occult, and ritual nature intended for adult use only. We do not knowingly sell to minors.

We endeavour to describe and photograph all items as accurately as possible. Many products feature handcrafted elements or natural materials; slight variations may occur.

4.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Items that are out of stock will be marked as “Sold Out”.

4.3 Accuracy

We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or pricing are completely accurate. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

 

5.1 Currency

All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

5.2 Payment Methods

Payment must be made in full at checkout. Available methods may include Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit cards, and debit cards.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

5.4 Payment Processing

By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the full amount of your order to that payment method.

 

6.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

6.2 Order Acceptance

A binding contract is formed when we successfully process your payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

6.3 Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order. This is acknowledgement only, not acceptance unless payment has been processed.

6.4 Out of Stock Items

If items become out of stock after ordering, we will notify you, issue a partial refund, and dispatch the remainder. We cannot offer substitutions.

6.5 Order Amendments

Once placed and paid, we cannot amend products or quantities. Address updates may be possible if you contact us immediately at alchemy@sanctumnoctis.co.uk.

 

7.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during peak periods.

7.2 Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days within the UK. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7.3 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

7.4 UK Only

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

7.5 Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

 

8.1 Your Right to Cancel

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please contact us at alchemy@sanctumnoctis.co.uk.

8.2 Returns Policy

8.3 Non-Returnable Items

8.4 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving and processing your return.

 

9.1 Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9.2 Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If goods are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
