Large teak pestle and mortar - mortar at 10.5 x 12cm, pestle at 15cm - built from Java teak harvested from carefully managed Bali reserves. The ergonomic design shapes both mortar and pestle for extended use: the bowl's depth accommodating larger quantities without spillage, the pestle's 15cm length providing leverage for hard-seed grinding or thorough herb preparation.

Java teak's natural oils make this an exceptionally durable working tool, resistant to water, decay, and bacteria without treatment. Use it for cooking or spellwork - the teak mortar does not distinguish between culinary and ritual grinding, making it the ideal kitchen tool for practitioners who move between both. The natural grain deepens with use and occasional oiling.
